Welcome to Anamnese. By accessing or using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Anamnese. Anamnese is a personal productivity app that helps you plan your life, set and track goals, and build habits to reach them.

Account Terms

• You must register for an account to use Anamnese. You may sign up using a supported authentication provider (e.g. Google Sign-In).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

Anamnese is intended for personal productivity use. When using our service, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any data, content, or information you store in Anamnese, including your goals, tasks, habits, and personal facts. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

The Anamnese platform, including its design, logo, branding, software, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Anamnese and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

Data Protection

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Anamnese service.

Subscriptions & Payments

Anamnese offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.

• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their accounts.

Service Availability

Anamnese is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anamnese and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the service and delete your account from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.

Upon account deletion, all your personal data — including goals, tasks, habits, and stored facts — will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
